I loved this Post about this story of Marines stationed in Twentynine Palms and Camp Pendleton being treated to a round of Golf at Heritage Palms... from the story it seems like Marines and Club Members all had a terrific time on the course and the fun after at the 19th hole! LOL! Love to hear about these types of positive stories PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. Thank you for the share!

Working long days and sometimes even nights can cause serious fatigue. Thus, for leaders to treat their hardworking units to a well-deserved stress relief, such as a golf tournament, helps maintain camaraderie, unit cohesion, and the competitive edge. Recently, I sponsored a golf tournament for fallen comrades that attracted Veterans, serving members of the Armed Forces and corporate leaders alike. We enjoyed on course and at the 19th hole after the round. Most of us continue weekend competitions, because we enjoy the company and the competitive edge. This was a great share Chip; thanks Brother.
