Govt approves procurement of 111 helicopters for Navy worth Rs 21,000 crore - Times of India

India is well aware of the threats around them and keeping a strong Military that can respond is very important. They have proved over and over again throughout History they can fight but also are certainly well aware of what equipment is need to help it succeed. I'm not surprised.
