One of the worst things going on right now is the massive editing or outright failure to print some of Dr. Seuss' books. Evidently people feel the content of some of the stories is too much for kids.

That, I would def concur, is, I think, patiently absurd. I understand the revisionist tendency insuch an outlook, however, I fundamentally disagree with it, those books, to me, at least, were seminal works of genius, from which genera options of kids benefited, with no ill effect I can even remotely perceive. Some of the classic ww2 era Warner Bros cartoons not shown now, I might agree are perhaps excessive by modern cultural standards, however, Dr Seuss? No way, in my estimation, just my thoughts, I realize I might not be agreed with, many thanks.

All of my Dr. Suess, Aristocats, and related book treasures were lost in continuous moving and travels throughout the years. I agree, though. These books do wonders not only for international kids with very little knowledge of english, but but for American children as well. One fish, two fish. Red fish, blue fish.
