Agreed. This similar thing happened to me in Recuriting. After investigating and reviewing the findings, I found that one of my flight chiefs was very hostile to his Airmen. I relived him of his duty as a flight chief and brought him back to the Sq where he didn't supervise anyone. Eventually, he recovered and became a flight chief again and last I heard he was doing better. He just had to be counseled and mentored more versus just being thrown back into a leadership role. These clowns in this report just blew it offf and got someone killed.
