Who supervises the National Archives? was this subhuman POS allowed unlimited access to items without supervision or observation? In essence he stole the memories of our fallen for cash. Wood chipper for him.

That's is sinking pretty low stealing these items just so He could sell them to fill His own pockets with cash. These sacred items aren't kept for anyone's hobbies either and never should have been bought or sold.
