That's probably why he is only ranked 12th. Abraham Lincoln was one of the most hated men in the United States when he was President, but look what History has done for him.

Interesting. When you look at the entire list. BHO comes in above "The First Black President", Bill Clinton. I don't agree with ranking Carter above Nixon, and both of them below Ford.
