That should send a very strong message to the Illinois Democratic Party about the issues in and around Chicago..........one would hope. However, they have proven tone deaf in the past.

It should tell them nothing. He ran unopposed so he didn't "win" anything. He was just given it. He will lose heavily, I'm really not sure why this is even news.
