I wish this world would take these scammers more seriously in the arrest realm! It is wrong at so many levels and when you complain to one agency or the other, they determine if it's cost effective to investigate. Then, even if they do, if the perp is in a foreign country, they pass it on to the other country who place it in a low To a non-existent priority.
I'm willing to bet that if the FBI were to solicit 10,000 old retired cops and give them the available resources to track these people, they would probably do it for free or next to nothing from home! Just think, with 500 people pointing their nefarious aim at the citizens of the United States, how would they feel if they had the technological and investigatory skills of 10,000 United States citizens pointing back at them!
It's time to get outside the box! We need to stop being a society of victims!
