Since in New Zealand, sheep vastly outnumber people it is not surprising that New Zealand has very few cases in fall and now winter in that nation, my friend PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. If this virus affected sheep there would be a n outcry there.

Examples such as this really show how inept our response to COVID has been. Had it only been in the US, we would have been hearing about how this is the best we could do. We may have even believed it. However, we can see numerous examples that show that it could have been contained and we could have been back to a relative normal with comparatively few deaths.
We just screwed the pooch.

Geez, New Zealand is an island that is 1/36 the size of the US and has 1/73 the amount of people. New Zealand is a tiny country off the beaten path that was able to lock itself down. There are 400 flights into and around New Zealand Daily and over 44,000 daily in the US. Might as well compare figs to truck tires.
