It would seem to me from reading this article that PC toxicity is worse in the military - at least in this case - than I had realized. There were so many violations of the legal process that the case should be thrown out and charges brought against the OSI and the COC involved.

This is the sort of thing that will make women less accepted in the military - if they are regarded as a danger to be avoided at any cost because of the results of specious charges of sexual misconduct against anyone they wish to destroy.

I remember all the sexual assault prevention class that we had to go to were all negative towards men. At one base, they had one class for males and another for females. Regardless to the base, the sexual assault prevention training was all the same: All men were sexual predators and the ladies were virgin princesses who could do no wrong. One time, we had enough of all the bs and started to point out all the flaws in the training and the rational behind it. The "instructor" got so angry with everyone he said we are done with the training. I know that sexual assaults do occur. However, they need to be investigated FAIRLY and IMPARTIAL. The chain of command needs to understand not to judge the victim and the person suspected and to let due process take place without any influence.

I agree with your last two sentences MSgt (Join to see) and while I've only attended one or two of those classes you mentioned and they were as a Navy civilian these classes would not have been necessary if the command had prosecuted these cases form the gitgo! They have allowed it to happen over and over again by not prosecuting, sweeping it under the rug, ignoring it hoping it will go away. It hasn't and that is why we have the climate we have today. I have a book, When the Girls Come Marching Home. Its a great read of short stories and if I remember right many of those women were sexually assaulted in Iraq and Afghanistan. It's a shame and it should not be happening in my military just as I dont want it happening in the civilian world.

Women like his ex make me sick, she destroyed him with what she initiated! I do hope that someone down the line will look at this case and figure out that it is all fluff.
