I encourage 8 hours of practice for perfection (from 2300 to 0700) in an apartment and then ask the neighbors if they heard any velcro last night.

SSG (Join to see) I have also heard that a jet engine works really well as a suppressor. Though if you stand in the wrong place they do impact accuracy.
