LTC (Join to see) 90% of the people who said they were moving to Canada if Trump won the election wouldn't qualify to move there. The ten percent who would qualify would find that the rules for moving to Canada may be prohibitive to that move. So all in all maybe 2% of those who said they were going to move to Canada could likely do so. Who is your sponsor? Don't have one? Oh so sorry back to U.S you go.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - if they had a special skill that is not found in Canada like a computer programmer someone who could work in the Silicon Valley's of Vancouver or elsewhere or heart surgeon something like that would qualify. But you are right, that excludes most of drunk DUI Hollywood. If you have a DUI, you can't come in!

LTC (Join to see) - I drove from SD into Canada just to visit (before you needed a passport to cross border). I would never say a politician was going to cause me to move there. When all of this came up during the campaign, I looked up the immigration requirements for Canada, laughed, and came to the same conclusion you did. The Hollywood elitists who said they were moving, were going to need to find a country other than Canada to move to. After that anytime I heard someone say it, I thought it was hilarious.
