The ten percent who would qualify would find that the rules for moving to Canada may be prohibitive to that move. LTC (Join to see) - I drove from SD into Canada just to visit (before you needed a passport to cross border). I would never say a politician was going to cause me to move there. When all of this came up during the campaign, I looked up the immigration requirements for Canada, laughed, and came to the same conclusion you did. The Hollywood elitists who said they were moving, were going to need to find a country other than Canada to move to. After that anytime I heard someone say it, I thought it was hilarious.
