SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL That's the defense lawyers job; to poke holes in the evidence and put doubt in the minds of the jurors. Bottom line, no matter what the defense tries to say, if the altercation didn't occur no death would have been incurred.

Really nice try but way off the mark. Sicknick sustained zero injuries. So tell us, in your esteemed medical opinion, how the blood clot that formed in Officer Sicknick's brain was created.

No, it’s pretty much directly on the mark. I have no idea when or how any clots in his brain formed.
But if you think I’m off the mark, it’s on you to demonstrate how. All medical evidence and multiple studies that show that acute stress can trigger a stroke. If you disagree, please tell us, in your esteemed medical opinion, why? Can acute stress not trigger a stroke? Did Sicknick not endure acute stress that day?
Also note, the medical examiner stated that, “all that transpired played a role in his condition.”
