First off, the source you are posting is heavily anti-Trump. Second, A video can be posted as a joke.
Many people saw the election as a start to endless protests. Which the video was referring to. The rest of the comment reads. "It may prove useful in the next four years."
It makes no sense to say that it is an advertisement, or a encouragement, to run people over. The reason they took the video down was because people's feelings got hurt. I do not agree with running protesters over. But, if someone makes a joke about it, that doesn't mean they are encouraging it.

LOL FOX says in August that a video that has been on their site since January is suddenly inappropriate and they shouldn't have posted it. Of course, only after a liberal pointed it out to those outside the FOX bubble. Inside the bubble, everyone thought the video was great.
