The Canadian F-18s A/Bs are about as old as these worn-out Fighting Falcons. Canada was going to buy some F-18 Super Hornets but the Trudeau Government had a sore papa about Boeing complaining about the Canadian Government subsidizing Bombardier Aircraft so they canceled the purchase of newer Super Hornets.

I wonder how much Boeing lost by not selling F-18s? The used F-16s had to be a lot cheaper. Pretty funny deal though.
