A week or so ago someone brought up a SCOTUS ruling from the Clinton era where they decided lawsuits could proceed against the POTUS. At the time I questioned if there was any such lawsuits in motion. Perhaps there is.

We actually know the DNC incited and paid people to go to Trump rallies and get violent. Two of their staffers were fired when the video tapes came out during the campaign. Maybe we should look at actual evidence of inciting violence before we let the left try to make more up.

MAJ James Woods - We are talking about a very specific situation here. I cited an actual proven story where the DNC (not some lunatic fringe org) had employees inciting and paying people to go to Trump rallies to be violent. Your response now is a compete deflection. Trump did not incite violence at his rallies, the DNC operatives did. We know that to be 100% true. You don't like Trump, fair enough, this is a BS story. Go after him on policy then.

Cpl Jeff N. - How is stating both sides had groups/individuals with agendas to incite violence or vilify a demonstration a deflection? That too is a fact (i.e. Project Veritas was also caught in the act). And again, the judge said "plausible" thus putting the burden of proof on the prosecution to prove in court. Hard to swallow, I know, but words do matter.
