It's hard to imagine how unstable the situation was with North Korea along the 38th parallel during the 60's and 70's the border was just one big caution tape and the North Koreans would move that caution tape to ambush us and ROK patrols that's why it was easy for guy like Dresnok to defect to the north. These incidents the Pueblo navy aircraft showdown just shows the temperamental and fragile situation in Korean peninsula.
