1stSgt Nelson Kerr - It was on an episode of the O'Reilly factor when his suspension was lifted and it was explained that the Judge was correct that the US has in fact used its allies intelligence agencies to spy on Americans.

So o,Reilly who has since been fired cleared him on a opinion show. Is there anything that says Fox itself has said that he was right? And what he said was nor proven to be correct it.is still a lie he pulled out of his rear.
