To me the EPA seems to be doing a lot of back pedaling and evading truth.

Strong words, heart felt, but she has proven she will not except responsibility, or better, she feels no culpability in this disaster, there for ignores any possibility of resigning.
Congress continues to point out the wrong doing, but is a toothless tiger.. they have no powers of arrest, thier subpoenas are commonly ignored by those in power. They can "investigate" to the cows come home but that is the end of it if no one is charged and convicted.. Why would you care or fear congress investigation when you know, no matter what, comply or not, lie or not, after its over, all your going to get is some verbal beratement and the same paycheck you always get, the same yearly bonus, the same pension and the same "next" advancement of career.
