If you or someone close to you has had a TBI, you know just how difficult the recovery can be. It may take months or even years for someone to heal. However, cognitive exercises can go a long way toward speeding up the healing process.
Wondering which exercises are best for this unique recovery situation? While your doctor should point you in the right direction, we’ve also put together some great ideas for post-TBI recovery.
Tune in TONIGHT with the “Colonel” as he discusses the best brain rehabilitation exercises to try, as well as games, and physical exercises!

Thank you my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs for making us aware that you will be hosting this Saturday’s Warriors for Life (WFL) Virtual Online Peer Support Group, 13 February 2021.
As somebody who has experienced TBI a few times I expect many may benefit from the topic and discussions on the topic “Traumatic Brain Injury Exercises!”
My relationship with God has enabled me to drive on and thrive despite periodic setbacks/challenges.
