So, they closed the beaches because a soldier drowned huh, Brother Dale. Is that kinda like blaming the gun when someone gets shot?

It’s normal to do this while the investigation is ongoing. It wasn’t just “drunk Joe did bad.” This was a CW3 who jumped in to try and save his drowning son. His son made it, he didn’t. I’m personally very curious to know how this could have happened and if there was more at play that complicated his ability to save his son and himself in the process.
