I would have to agree with the decision. This was a preventable event and she drove a person into taking their own life. She had a direct influence over his death, even if she was not the one that killed him. The keyword here is "accessory". As you probably know, you can be charged with being an accessory to any number of crimes, robbery, murder, etc. This is no different.
If I knowingly drive a car to pick up my friend after he robs a store, I'll be guilty. Same concept.
