Judge Jeanine: Mitt Romney awoke a sleeping giant

I am fascinated by the few responses here. Judge Jeanine speaks very clearly and many still miss the point. Neither the GOP nor the Democratic party leaders are in touch with their constituents. Both are driving public policy to their own ends. They have isolated themselves sufficiently within the protective bubble of big government that they can get away with it. Look at the primaries thus far. Democratic voters are responding by staying home. They don't have anyone to stir them up. Republican voters are turning out in record numbers. Donald Trump is their lightning rod. It matters not that he shares little of their ideology. He isn't conservative and yet the Tea Party appears to love him. Thus, while the Democratic party leaders are little heard from, the GOP party leaders are attacking, fighting for their very lives. They know damn well that if Trump is elected, there is going to be a big shakeup in their party. I don't think anyone expects Trump to do much good for the nation. Judge Jeanine said as much. She also said, quite rightly, that he can't do any more harm than Obama has done. But Republicans have an intuitive sense that you can't take back your nation until you first take back your party, and that's the charge that Trump is leading.

I'm no fan of Trump. Personally, I think Cruz could do just as good a job of shaking up/reforming the GOP. However, I also feel that he would be a far less dangerous occupant in the White House than Donald Trump.

She is an absolute Pistol.....I love people that speak there mind, probably why Donald Trump appeals to me.

I watched this earlier and all I got out of it was her talking down to the RNC, and when that got tiring, lets bring in Obama and not miss a chance to blame him for something. Then she jumps on Romney, then back on Obama, then Romney. She never took the RNC to task for the rise of Trump, she didn't acknowledge that the GOP is fractured not because of Obama or Romney, but promises made to gain control, and almost all of them not kept. She should've stayed the course talking about the epic fail the GOP made by not censoring Trump in the beginning. That's where the blame lies, so everything else is her running her gums talking about how oranges taste like chicken which makes no sense, but gets ratings. She needs to practice on saying President Clinton again. It's people like her, who rather than strategize and find ways to make things better, let's go on tv with 50lbs of makeup and talk bad about everyone BUT those actually responsible.
