It will all be for naught as the governor will veto it and they are no longer in session to overturn it.

Tax breaks for wealthy people in Kansas...........where exactly do the wealthy people live in Kansas, do we have some pictures maybe? Just a hint maybe where they actually live in the state. I've been in Kansas and do not remember seeing any wealthy people.
