The news here, such as it is, is old news. The POTUS is a conspiracy theorist. He heard something on far right news sources that agreed with what he wanted to believe, tweeted about it and it turns out not to be true. Just like he has many times in the past.

some say "crazy like a fox" though, look at how long the media has been obsessed with this story and what has barely been covered *N Korea missiles, * USMC artillery to Syria, * US Army (2500) to Kuwait and maybe Syria later, * SoS Tillerson Far East trip, ...less coverage of immigration ban EO 2.0, and Ryan (Doesn't) Care legislation

I think people aren't considering the possibility that the surveillance was conducted on another party, and Trump was incidentally caught while communicating with them.
For argument's sake, let's say, a Russian Bank or two (Alfa and SVB) was being surveiled. If he had communications with the representatives of those banks, he would have been recorded incidentally. By this logic, his wire tap claims would be false, but the existence of the recordings could be true, as has been stated.

Naw he's trying to distract the American people about the fact that 7 of his crooked cabinet members including his son-in-law was caught talking to the Russians during the election but I didn't forget. What they don't realize is that Putin already had three people assassin if the don't get what he want. That trump train is slowly derailing.

I don't know know if this actually happened or not. What I do know is that clandestine surveillance is not supposed to be discovered or attributable. Getting made is the worst possible scenario. The fact that there is no evidence means that either there was no wiretap or that someone did their job correctly.
