They have a point about the 14th Amendment but I feel he has to be found guilty first. If not its a he said she said kind of thing.

Capt Sean Patchin - I kind of figured if convicted of Election Fraud it would also fit the 14th, I am not a scholar so may be wrong.

MSgt Dale Johnson - I'm not a constitutional scholar or attorney either, but I seriously think a state conviction of election fraud would count. Again, I think it would be a matter of getting a court to define "Rebellion."

You don't have to be charged or convicted. All that is required is did the individual engaged in an insurrection or rebellion or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
