Maduro has Cuban Secret Service and probably a few brigades Cuban military and paramilitary support. He has enough help already. His country is kind of like Germany in 1921 Weimar Republic were they have an inflation rate of 5000 % where they need to have a deuce and a half full of money just to buy a loaf of bread? This is pure communism at its finest!

We used to get most of our imported Oil from Venezuela but now that we are largely energy independent........I am not sure anymore. However if this was the 1980's we would have intervened as it was a source of most our imported Oil. Post 2000, I think we proved we really don't need Venezuela anything any more......sad for the people that live there.

SPC Erich Guenther I don't think we can get by with the games we used to play like what we did with Iran and Guatemala. We can't use the Monroe Doctrine to send into CIA to overthrow Venezuela. It's so funny that Venezuela's imploding from within. To think that 15 years ago, the valence Welland women were coming to these beauty contest with plastic surgery to make them win but now the social justice Warrior people are so jealous now they don't want anymore bikini contests.

And this after they spent 10 years fighting 2 different world wars, which ended 4-5 years after the US enter them. Personal feelings are that the rest of the world does not have a set of balls big enough to solve their own problems.
