Yep! The "Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter" has been there since 2005 and there is another one up there as well, called the "Mars Express" sent there in 2003 by the European Space Agency (ESA)

Some great images but not surprising. We have earth orbit satellites that do the same, or better.

It is easier to get clear images from orbit, on Mars because of the very thin atmosphere that doesn't cause the level of distortion of Earth's atmosphere.
