GySgt Bryan A. McGown "Gunny" Thanks Gunny. Hopefully we can get some Marine input on this.
Gentlemen I've tagged you here hoping you will help Gunny spread the word among the Corps. I met Gunny here on RP through Col Burroughs. Gunny works to help veterans the same as Col Burroughs. Will you please lend a hand here so his post will gain visibility and reach more Marines. Months ago, I wrote a post here about taking our networking to not only Rallypoint, but also spreading it into LinkedIn and in some cases, Facebook. I know that does not resonate well with many of you and that is perfectly fine.
For those who aren't worried about, here is the thing...
On LinkedIn, I have grown my network to HUNDREDS of people who live, breath, and love our Nation's veterans. They own non-profits, they work for veteran-friendly employers, they volunteer their time and energy towards helping veterans, and more. They are NOT all veterans themselves, and many of them are not on RallyPoint.
Me on LinkedIn:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthonypearsonusmc
I also have a growing social network on Facebook and I manage a group called "Veterans Perks and Benefits". It is free to join and there are NO costs or sales involved. It is STRICTLY a resource to share discounts, free offers, veteran news/benefits, etc. with people. We basically connect the dots. Gunny, I would GLADLY share your message above on both LinkedIn and the FB group. Your message would reach a very large audience and it would be shared/passed around faster than you can imagine.
FB Group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/VeteranPerks/
Before anyone bans or removes this post, I want to emphasize. I don't do this for personal gain. I'm a technology/usability/business analyst, as well as a social/community manager professional for 20 years now. I am simply sharing what I know and have experience with to help veterans.

NEO? North-East Ohio?
I'm not immediately understanding your abbreviation.

Cpl Anthony Pearson I think you are correct in thinking North East Ohio as Gunny is located in that area.

GySgt Bryan A. McGown "Gunny"
You are 100% correct Cpl Anthony Pearson. Thank you and CPT M.C. for the nudge of assistance! We want so many Marines to show-up, they'll think it's an invasion on Thursday, 18 February 2016 at the Oak Barrel in Valley View, Ohio.
