I remember seeing a story previously about this "Very Fine Person™" and commenting that there has to be a way to award him the title "Ex Marine" and it looks like the Corps has come through.

Sucks to be him. I’d love to see him petition the review board asking for a discharge upgrade. The Corps is in line with the AF who kicked that female out for her lovely hunting black folk video.
