After the last ‘graduation parade’ I attended at MCRD, a DI told me they were not allowed to tailor their blouses. Has something changed?

I'll withhold judgement until I see them complete the mountain humps on Camp Pendleton during their Crucible. In 85 we called it RFTD and we didn't have PC names for those mountains.
