That is what they do. Army guys don't like it but I respect them. They have to be ready while guys like me show up 5 weeks later at the earliest! I respect that and I like that they do things differently. If only we had done what they did 17 years ago with the digital uniform instead of the mistakes they made choosing our current ACU uniform in June, 2004!

Marines are always a "Dominant Presence" no matter where.
