It looks like NASA has solidified (at least tentatively) the launch of the Mars 2020 Land Rover, which is now slated for July 2020 and that is now less than one-year away... Nasa has provided a short update about the Mission on the Link I provided... Summer 2020 is not really that far away, my RP friends!

Sgt (Join to see) - we have so many problems we haven’t solved here on good ole planet earth, I just wonder if we should tackle those problems and solve them before spending untold amounts of money on things outside our earth’s atmosphere.

PO1 H Gene Lawrence - You may be right on that score, Gene, but on each major space mission we learn so much about our species, it capabilities and its detriments... The United States can't manage the world's problems the way some politicians seem to feel we can, so we move steadily forward... Each mission creates and or maintains jobs, scientific knowledge, incomes and more... It is about time the rest of the world caught up and did their fair share... And of course, Gene, the far left wing radicals need to think before they create laws which will catastrophically affect all of us... as they are now trying to do... At some point, it is my belief that God will step in a straighten us all out! Just my view my friend!
