Mikel's Saturday post referred to the fact that veterans never totally transition back to civilian life and that they have to make the best of their life after service. I know it is not easy,, but I always hope that our veterans will see themselves as people @ready to be "mended" and appreciated, not wounded....even it is only in spirit. This song (can you tell I am a singer type?) says it well.....As Matthew West's song says...."there's nothing that we could ever do to lose what grace has won...We may see "Too far gone, but God sees "one step away from home."
