If you even have a fleeting thought about it.....the NSA has been doing it for years! Weapon systems are even further out.

You will never know. "I can neither confirm or deny". No matter how hard they try and hide their capabilities, having been on the Inside I do catch wind of things and still amazed at the Technology Leaps the Agency is still making.
