I've always thought we should have variable immigration laws. Our law should be the same as the most onerous country we are friends with.

I want to clarify just one thing... I have a soft spot for Mexico. I know that not all Mexicans are fighting to cross the border to come here. Most Mexicans, like most Americans, are decent people. They work, sometimes two jobs, they come home, they hang with family, and start it all over the next day. I think that Mexico, like Canada, is a neighbor, and therefore a venue for bad guys to get it... who may not necessarily be Mexican or Canadian.
I do, however, find it a little double-standard-to hear the Mexican government criticizing Trump, or the liberal propaganda engine, coming down on his proposed policies. Hello, double standard.

SSgt W. Aaron Gregory - I have made the same statements in the past. We need the labor and they need the work. Get a guest worker program that permits both to be satisfied. While going through the legal process to become American citizens if they desire that. Our primary problem is we have made it more lucrative not to work than work for our citizens. No, I don't blame anyone for trying to make a better life for their families.
