I'm all for having healthy meals however many of the so called good nutritional meals are flavorless crap that very few kids or adults will eat. There is a balance between what is actually junk food and that which has food value. It seems much of this is forced on us and We have no say in the subject. All too often these requirements are carried to extremes and do not have the benefits to our diet they are said to have. Seems having things that are not worth eating will reduce weight but also reduce energy and stamina as well. There are certain vitamins and minerals We do need that come from the good natural food We will actually eat rather than this tasteless garbage We have forced on us by those that seem to think they know more than the rest of us do.

That is funny SSG Shavonde Chase that the former first lady is weighing in on the actual POTUS "decision to delay federal rules aimed at making school lunch healthier, saying kids will end up "eating crap" instead."
To be honest I hope she learns soon that her thoughts should be kept to those who really care what she has to say. I for one am who will be thankful when she finally leaves the area of Washington, DC after her daughters finish the school year.
