Which is odd considering there are existing old structures not in use as result of installation expansion projects.

My understanding after reading the article is that the project will be handed over to contractors once it is established. These are not internment camps but I know the left wing media and liberals will have a hay day with it. Where else can you go and receive free room and board with no doubt medical as well? The only thing you have to do is show up at the border and request asylum. To me, this is the only way to keep track of them until the legitimacy of their request can be verified. No administration should pick and choose which laws to or not enforce. They're doing the right thing.
