Much of what we subject the military to violates the law...never stopped them before!

Slightly cherry picked info. If you click on Doe V. Rumsfeld and drill down. It is an approved vaccine. Was approved in 1970 by NIH which at that time had the approval authority. In 1972 when FDA was created it took over the authority. The lawsuit was about the vaccine was not tested against airborne transmission. That has since been reviewed by the FDA and it is approved for protection by aerosol/airborne. And vaccinations were resumed. So not sure where its stands for anthrax. But the FDA has only provided emergency approval of the COVID vaccine which means it has an expiration for the approval. As more data comes in pretty sure guidelines will be updated on its usage. Already the FDA has pulled back from the Johnson & Johnson's single shot one recently due to increased blood clot issues. But has not pulled the emergency authorization for it. Now not being a lawyer and not sure of legal definitions of words are, I am pretty sure any lawyer can argue it both was considering the editions of black law dictionary at one time had 7 different of the word "is" thus Clinton's testimony with his answer being "it depends on the defination of is is.".... lol. Thanks for the thought provoking share MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.
