Moon exploration is coming back in a big way

Lots to explore, just watching Ancient Aliens on History channel, a piece that Obama and Medveded (just before Putin took over) made a pact that gave space to the US.

Sadly this is dated. The Israeli SpaceIL lander failed and crashed onto the Moon's surface. Before you snicker, think back to America's first launches. With Sputnik looking down from orbit, its simple beeps could be taken as chortling as rocket after rocket failed. And SpaceX fired a few duds of their own before achieving great success. That is the nature of aerospace development, from hot air balloons to rockets, there have been more than a few such "learning opportunities".
