This is how Chicago will become a third world city. Business will leave -> crime will go up -> people will leave -> gangs will take over -> Car bombs will become the new tactic in mostly peaceful protests -> National Guard will be called in -> Full scale armed conflict in the streets of Chicago.

I remember Chicago in the 1990s charged way more in taxes for fuel inside the city limits so the corrupt Chicago Machine will just shake down those companies and citizens that have not left yet. There is a funny story about the raid on OBL. Seals were being read in on the mission and they where all sitting in this room with the usual suspects, SOCOM brass, CIA, and the likes. They were all brainstorming contingencies and ideas. A guy from a three letter agency says "Hey there is this device we have. It weighs about 300lbs and is about 10'x 10' and can jam everything for about a square mile - do you guys want to take it?" A seal instantly responds - "Do you guys have a device that weights 3 pounds (referring to the weight of a brain) than can jam dumb fucking ideas?"
