I was listening yesterday to commentary that there was some organization that was fighting for gay rights and for gay marriage. Once gay marriage became the law, they had to fight for another cause. It's interesting that gay people are only 3% of the population and transgender are other one percent of the population yet Democrats make that their pinnacle. Not that I'm against gays or transgender because I have a transgender drop-out druggie stepdaughter, but I think the party embracing climate change and President Biden talking about telling trans kids it's okay, is not really a high priority when he considers climate change to be number one. Another example of Democratic party going left full Rudder into the iceberg of socialism and stupidity.

You would think, even being it's own "municipality", they'd have to follow state law. I don't know for certain, but you would think the Florida Constitution would have a supremacy clause. Most do.

They do have to follow Florida State Law; basically, one could describe them as just like a "City or a County", and they have to follow the law just like all the others in FL. They are not "Sovereign Soil" within the confines of the State.
