Definitely! I was born in Upstate NY and lived on LI in 65-67...was in NYC in 2003. I don’t recognize the city anymore and the ‘locals’ have steadily degreased since....CW3 Harvey K.

SPC Nancy Greene - I worked a total of 12 years in midtown. There were always all sorts of nuts on the street, and of course all sorts of cons, from three card monte to "Can you spare me a token? I spent all my money buying ice cream for my 5 year old son here, and we can't get home".

Have seen my share of the ‘nuts’ and ‘cons’ too. Never witnessed the blatant disrespect for Law Enforcement I saw this summer CW3 Harvey K.
