I don’t think we can afford not to do it, LTC Eric Udouj, but my question (rhetorical, to be sure) remains unchanged. In my opinion, the United States is a fragile, wounded and vulnerable animal right now with all that’s going on internally and externally.
We have plenty of smart guys thinking these things, but will we do these things? I can only hope and pray that such undertakings are already underway.
