CSM Charles Hayden Passed 7/29/2025 I Wore a Badge but as a "Collateral Duty" My Primary function was SPAWARS 6211 CNO WWMCCS Tech Control, A Secondary Duty was Master at Arms to Chief of Staff Space and Naval Systems Warfare Command. "Enjoy" Sometimes I Guess. Mostly it was getting to stand by an Idiot during Admirals Mast (Article 15) while the 2 Star Jumps their S&&t! Functioning as a Court Bailiff of Sorts.

Odd that he managed to sell 8 of them unless he did it all at the same time.

Ridiculous case of entrapment.
The parts he bought had been "demmilitarized" in accordance with the ATF regulations at the time those parts was demilled. The old process does not meet the newer standards.
Adamiak was not the person who demilled the parts. He bought them already demilled. Parts that have been demilled do not require any license to sell because they are not weapons.
An ATF informant solicited those specific parts because the ATF knew those parts would not meet the current demil process -- the ATF was asking the individual to commit a crime (that is the legal definition off entrapment)
The ATF knew the seller was selling parts that had been demilled by the old sawcut process, but did not move against the professional seller - instead they set up an amateur by asking him to buy the parts and resell the parts.
None of those parts were functional weapons.
None of those parts could be "readily" made into functional weapons.

So he didn't steal them? I wish the ATF could get their standards synchronized.
