Nevada Judge Announces He Will Strike Down Major Portions of New Gun Law

It looks good now. Don't expect it's over though. As with the Cook County gun tax that was found unconstitutional, then the law makers used the Judges commentary to rewrite it. This Judge's commentary can also be used as a blueprint to write a new law that might pass muster. The only way to end all this nonsense is SCOTUS has to make a solid, binding, ruling on the 2A.
