Time and time again I have said that Legal immigration is 100% acceptable. But to come here Illegally and then commit a violent crime.... You need to be put down like a rabid dog.
Anyone that enters America Illegally has zero rights. You have no constitutional rights, no civil rights, you have already broken the law. Why was he even In our Education system? Why was he allowed to enroll in our public schools? This is WHY Trump was elected, we are tired of this crap, we are tired of the Government refusing to secure our borders and make us safe from this criminal element.
I am not saying this will end this type of crime, I am saying it is a low hanging fruit that can help to reduce crime. A lot of illegals end up in a life of crime, sweat shops, prostitution rings, human trafficking, drug running, gangs, ect, this is due to the fact they are easily controlled by people who hold their citizen ship or lack of over the and due to needing to survive in America. Stop them from coming illegally, and deport all the criminals. You just took a huge chunk out of crime.
I still don't understand why liberals don't understand this.

A woman is raped in the US every two minutes, cherrypicking some cases where it was done by an alien is misleading at best. Scapegoating immigrants isn't going to stop rape.

I find these claims more about demonizing a disliked group than actually trying to stop a problem like rape. Rape is a real problem and likely shouldn't be hijacked to try and meet other political ends. It is similar to how certain groups use the plight of homeless veterans for their own political aims.

SPC Kevin Ford - Reducing Illegal Aliens from coming into this country and removing them will do a great deal of good on our budget, crime numbers and only reward those who go through the established system. I for one don't want to add to our criminal population and remember all illegal aliens are criminals by law.

@dennis hicks I'd be surprised if just about every RallyPoint member hasn't done something at one time or another that could lead to a conviction of a misdemeanor if they were observed doing it and it went to court. That's probably true of most citizens on general, bit doubly true of young stupid enlisted folks. :) As such, I'm not convinced of the veracity of the idea that "minor crimes have and will lead to worse ones"

Here again. If you want the Immigration Laws changed, call your CONGRESSMAN. CONGRESS needs to address the laws, not support or fight the Illegal Immigrants. DHS/INS/ICE... they are responsible for fighting Illegal immigrants. Give the power back to them. The Illegals want to overwhelm the legal system with numbers thereby causing them to slip through the "cracks" of time waiting for hearings ect.

The justice system should end at arraignment for foreign "guests" if the judge rules there's enough evidence to go to trial, they should be deported.

He entered TX illegally in 2016 and ended up in a school in Maryland not even a year later. That sounds odd.
Regardless, a crime was committed and I prefer castration of all male rapists regardless of citizenship and residency status.
