New enlisted marketplace, promotion board changes arriving

I remember this being the Norm when I was a PVT, your leadership knew their Troops, could tell you if they were married, education levels, military schooling etc. Leaders developed their troops, mentored them like family, even the red headed step children. If you knew your troops you could mold them into the next leaders and stop little issues from becoming big issues. If we really have gotten away from this then this change back would be a great one.

This sounds like a more cohesive and leadership-focused board; although, I think they should still ask basic Army questions too...just my two cents
