And this, ladies and gentlemen is why they did not want the footage released.

...and this is another reason why the general public has lost faith in its police. Not so much as the trampling or kicking death attributed to the police, yeah that's pretty fuckn bad, but...its the intentional withholding of evidence by the PROSECUTION.

Its the actual misuse, abuse AND ALTERATION of basic information by the mass media outlets who form an opinion with partial information which totally destroys the entire narrative and taints any jury pool that may come out of these events.

This is the second article I've read that sublimely hints that there is so much evidence of video footage that the PROSECUTION desires it to be barred and withheld from the public... the other one is the Child Pedophiles associate or girlfriends case with what's his names girlfriend... The Epsine didn't kill himself saga...

If this doesn't stop... we are running down a rabbit hole in our Constitutional Republic that we may never want to see an end result.

I trust my local Police Department as they are far more professional and far more proficient with firearms than the Capitol Police appeared to be. Media needs to dig more on that subject but probably never will since it will run against their narrative.

"intentional withholding of evidence by the PROSECUTION." SSgt Clare May MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D.
Along those lines...same chit happened with "jump kick man" in the Rittenhaus case...

"Pardon my shocked face as I report to you that not only is the identity of “Drop Kick Man” known, it was known before the trial ended (in reality, they almost certainly knew before it started), he offered to testify for the prosecution, and they turned down his offer, and they never shared that information with the defense."--Source; Red State

I'm not surprised by that piece of news, they'd kick anything to make sure it wasn't going to attack them MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. , while it's down.

IDK Sgt... I never had to kick anyone when they were down...I didn't have to kick them to put them on the ground either... Matter of fact...I never desired to kick anyone during the hundreds of encounters I faced on the clock in a span of over 38 years... Sure I've beat the shit out of a few... wrestled more than my share of idiots, broke a few wrists and ribs...slammed several on top of the hood of the squad car, threw this one shitbird who tried to grab my gun on the ground so damn hard I knocked the wind outta his arse...

What do you think? This must be the new community policing training I've been hearing so much about...You know, getting to know your community from by the foot...(Yeah I'm being sarcastic...not enough coffee and I'm feeling spunky)...
