Here we go again. Who remembers the M551 Sheridan? Looks like we are going down that road.... once again. I hope the final version does not look like this, as this looks too much like a BMP... or the like.

Lets upgrade some of the semi-adequate equipment we already have. Light armor is as useless in counterterrorism as it is in a "full on" open field conventional war.

I remember the Sheridan... always thought it was a great piece of gear & didn’t understand why it went away...
Of course... i seem to recall an instance where a LAPES didn’t go according to plan...
